The bus that was supposed to leave at 8am left at 11am. Poor time management. Would not recommend. If you cant improve your services close the company sell the buses to better people and go home.

The area is not spacious. Waiting area is small. Always crowded. Some of the personnel are extremely rude. The buses offer pocket friendly transportation to western Kenya areas. #letsguide
Good transport and parcel service provider
Too much smog in this place. So many Matatus, coaches, buses. Yes it is a central place in central business district and thus happy when you travel from outside of Nairobi to the city, but the roads are so congested and the smog....feel sorry for the people who have to work here day and night to earn their money for their families and this is damaging their health
Professional crew. Always a pleasure travelling with transline. BUT ON THURSDAY LAST WEEK(2nd Dec) NBO-KISII, THERE WERE LOTS OF COCKROACHES IN OUR VAN. I counted 6. I alerted the crew, they assured me they will fumigate as they usually do. Hope they DID.
transline should shift now and get another place were its not too crowded for their buses and people and where they don't cause traffic while parking the buses.
