Taking this 3 week course was really beneficial to me. I have definitely found immense value for money. The topics covered were really relevant and well handled. The instructors answered our questions to our satisfaction. My greatest lesson from this class is that there are enough opportunities in the tourism industry if you're willing to work hard and be creative. To anyone out there with an interest in starting the tours and travels business, this is definitely the best place to start.
The online class was very informative, practical and engaging. The instructors and guest speakers were versed with current and practical knowledge in the travel and tourism field. My best lessons were the practical lessons: creating a safari schedule, quotation and invoice. I would recommend the class to anyone interested in the field. Points of improvement: The introduction of the main instructor in the first class was too long and detailed. On the other hand, the participants did not introduce themselves. A little less time should be spent on the instructor's introduction and give time to the participants to introduce themselves.
This was the best online class I have attended so far because the knowledge you leave with at the end of the course is just amazing. This is all thanks to our tutor and now mentor, Mr. Benard Karigo and the guests who were invited to speak to us. They were all amazing but Joyce Beckwith really outshined. All the sessions were so knowledgable since Mr.Bernard really tried his best to explain and narrow down all topics till everybody understands and he was never tired answering questions especially the costing session. Given another chance I would enroll this class again to just learn more about the travel industry and so yes I would recommend any person who want to understand more about this industry.
The online class was amazing and the experience was nothing but positive,with the best instructor Mr.Bernard Karigo of kudu hills safaris and the guest speakers who really added alot of knowledge and value in my life thank you so much . All the topics were done in the best way with much explanations and enough practice which was of satisfaction to everybody. I would recommend anyone with an interest to know much about tourism to join the class .
Outstanding digital class on Tour Consultancy & Tour Guiding by Mr. Benard Karigo of Kudu Hills Safaris was held with so much grace as he handled questions and addressed issues raised in the class. The class was always on time , three days a week for the Month of Aug 2020. The Class main focus is on Tour agents as a refresher and also those looking forward to be tour agents/consultancy. Lessons include: travel and hospitality; planning schedules/itineraries; tour costing and invoicing et al. The guest speaker Cpt. Joyce Beckwith reflected on personal growth & etiquette in her career path as a lady who has defied the odds in Hot Air ballooning at the Maasai Mara and admonished ladies to passionately pursue what they love and make profits through it. She challenges ladies to join her make a difference in the Hot Air Balloon and learn what it entails. Understanding that one can convert their passion and interest into a profitable business - the guest speaker the CEO of Baiskeli adventures, passion/interest in cycling and discovering new itineraries tackled the session so well.
It is worth very 3hour spent learning, it is the best decision i ever made In 2020 to take a zoom class with Kudu hill Safari.Mr Benard who was the moderator of the course did an excellent job, he was clear and gave us all the information we did not know about travel consultancy. Made new friends and connections. The guests speakers were real and inspirational.
The class was very educative, informative and fun.... The three hours were worth it... I learn alot,acquired new skills and knowledge that i can't wait to apply in the near future...i would recommend the class to anyone who is interested in tours and travel marketing and consultancy.
