In 1994 Wade and Carla launched Victory Faith Church with the purpose of teaching, training, and mentoring others to live by faith in God’s Word, learn of Him and His desire to bless His people, and then be distributors of that blessing. Prior to launching Victory Faith Church Pastors Wade & Carla Porter lived and established ministry outreach in Kakamega, in the Western Province of Kenya. After placing the responsibilities for rural ministry in the hands of a seasoned associate, they relocated to Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya, where they could be more effective, not only in Kenya, but also in other East African nations. On the 27th of November 2012 Rev. Wade Porter went to be with the Lord and ever since Carla Porter has been the CEO of Living Faith International and Senior Pastor of Victory Faith Church.
