Noticed a post for an x-trail on Jiji Kenya, called to inquire the following day and was assisted by “Lydiah” who said the vehicle was still available along with another unit. I had informed her I was coming to look at both vehicles and she said she would be around to show me the units. After hiring a taxi I arrived at the dealership 30min later only to realize that neither of the vehicles she had just stated were on the lot were actually there and tried to sell me other vehicles I had no interest in. Highly unprofessional dealership and management. If they can’t be honest with you up front how can you expect for them to be honest about the quality of vehicles they are the selling?
