Dont do it. Read the reviews and do your research. I tried to get service, they took 5k from me, one month later still no service or construction or communication. I requested a refund, then they stopped responding to me. They are quick and responsive when taking money from you, but disappear when you actually demand service. There is a reason why they have so many poor reviews. Dont make the same mistake i did.

WiFi services are amazing.
Very poor service, applied for connection and 6months down the line they are still taking me rounds, I visited their office severally and they kept feeding me with lies. One of their technician told me that if you want to get service you have to push them hard otherwise you will be left hanging despite the fact that they dictate that you have to pay prior to getting connected
Bought the mifi from the TRM office. Customer service was good. However, network lousy for at least a week now. Lost some good 6.4GBs. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement!!! Even with 6KB/s speed, can't google or whatsapp or anything yet safcom works with much less so not powerful enough?!
For unlimited data and internet connection with and out of Kenya. I am satisfied by your service providence.
Terrible service. System frequently goes down. When they receive a high volume of complaint calls, they stop answering the phone. Can’t handle a bank transfer as payment. They cut service when they have been paid.
