We are the first studio in East Africa to offer performance data technology in our indoor cycling classes and the first in the region to offer Les Mills Virtual Classes. Reform prides itself on offering a combination of high quality cardio and strength focused classes taught by specialized instructors under one roof. We offer indoor cycling, barre, pilates, yoga and various other classes which are our own created and structured classes to suit out clients.
