Poor customer service. You order they don't deliver all your orders which you have already paid for. They don't bother, you will keep calling them and they won't deliver or even refund your money.

This is literally the worst pizza inn branch i have gone to. The good is not up to standard with the rest of the pizza inn. Today i went and ordered pizza pie , they made more of mandazi than pizza pie . There was barely any fillings in the pizza pie more than half of the pizza pie was just bread. Am so disappointed. Pizza inn kitengela usually make a better pizza pie than pizza inn sabaki but today they were just trying to beat their record of being trash.
Good pizza.. Tasty ice cream.. But improve on time taken in serving us...
