This is by far one of the best hardwares I've been to. The products are well displayed and labeled. Their prices are also competitive compared to other shops. Service is a little qt times when the lines are long but that's expected for such a popular place(add more checkout counters).

While it is a suitable place to make bulk purchases. Their prices seem steep for Supermarket. Their customer care has dropped as compared to the past.
Has a wide range of quality building materials and equipment. Reasonably priced too. Service time can be long because of large numbers of clients and also processing
Good, Have everything at one shop
The marketing is good but technical assistance is very poor. Being the biggest hardware in town, it would help if they can guide on technical issues and network the customer to qualified and credible fundis. But they do neither.
Very professional in the way they handle customers.
