We bought a emerald orthopaedic seal mattress from them a little less than a year ago, after turning it religiously the first few months and at the appointed time after that we noticed we were having distinct holes where we slept. After contacting your office several times, we finally got you to pick it up with a promise it will be back after repair in two days while we were away. We came back and found no mattress and no communication from you and have had to sleep elsewhere as nobody answered our calls. Really bad customer service and product, keep away from this company. If I could I would give a - 1 rating.
Good products, but poor services on walk in clients. They only commit to deliver, you pay and after that you start to experience frustrations, that your good are not ready, come tomorrow, until you fade up.They disappointed me on that, and I even made an inquiry about it, and I was told that's their nature. Whoever is willing to get good's from them as a walk in customer, should just buy the same good at the supper market to avoid wastage of time and frustrations.
Really disappointed with your mattresses, Slumberland. I had high hopes since I thought you guys deliver quality. But I was wrong. Bought my Copper Seal mattress on the 28th of March 2020. After 3 months of painfully trying to get used to it, I now have to buy another mattress. The springs are collapsing. I am getting constant backaches... And no, I am not overweight. I am 60kgs as of now. I have no idea what you did with your quality, yet we spend quite a lot on your products. And you have indicated that the mattress has a 5 year guarantee I'm super disappointed, and I'm not planning on being your customer ever again
The mattresses are good, wide variety, but the customer service for walk-in customers is super bad, like the "I don't want you here" kind of bad, never seen that before, oh well.
Wanted to purchase about seven mattresses for 6x6 beds so I drove to Slumberland this afternoon. Met a very rude and arrogant lady. I left for Bob Mill just next.
