Native (Kenyan) employees are generally courteous although rarely available.. you have to ask them for assitance for them to attend to you. The owners (asians) on the other hand can be very rude making yourself question are you doing them a favour buying from them. Style up please
Good and quick service. I love that the prices aren't fixed, so if you're good at haggling, and know your product prices, you can get a good deal. You can also call ahead and get your order ready for collection.
