It's one of the best cottages in Diani, Ukunda. I loved the experience there, they have quality services and it's easily accessible.

I will give this place 3 stars because I want to believe we got there at the wrong time and life could have been better here. 5 girls stayed here. It’s about 2hrs drive from the airport and you need to use the ferry to get there. It’s very close to the Diani Beach which is why we chose it. The compound is very beautiful. There’s a swimming pool with clean water (I believe) and summer huts around. There’s also a security post and someone available to ask questions. Since it’s a cottage, you have your little house to yourself. When we arrived, there was no gas cylinder available and had to request for one. It was provided within minutes so we could put something together before going to bed. There’s an AC in the living room which doesn’t work. There was no key to lock the main door to the building and not even our bedrooms. On the first day, we slept without locking the doors but insisted on getting padlocks with a key which was provided to us the next morning. The bedrooms were OK. We had clean sheets, mosquito nets and a ceiling fan. The bathroom was HORRIBLE! It got flooded whenever someone used the shower or flushed the toilet. The mats in there were always soaked with water. We mentioned this to the young guy on duty (forgot his name) and he said it will be fixed but they never fixed it. There was a time the water found its way into the living room. It was really nasty. The cottage has no WiFi. We all had mobile data so this was not a big deal for us. If you’re really low on budget and can stand nasty bathrooms, you can stay here. The only advantage for us was that, it was close to the beach we wanted to go to. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The place is super affordable for the services it provides .. Great Pool and rooms and the caretaker is always there to assist .. 4 stars because the place isn't so secure as suggested by most taxi drivers who drove us around

What you see online is not what is on the ground. AC not working, no utensils, poorly old furnished cottage, poor management, no TV, no Wifi, cottage in poor condition. Money is demanded on arrival and not on checkout. The only good thing was the swimming pool

The place is easily accessible from the main road. The place is spacious and has good rooms which are well finished. It is a good place for a get way with friends and family. The swimming pool of good standard, environment is clean and atmosphere peaceful. Would recommend it to other who would wish to visit and have a good time. Get away from the daily routine!!!!
