Excellent, well-supplied stock and knowledgeable pharmacists and workers! They've got the best selection of any chemist (pharmacy) I've seen in Kenya. They've even got mosquito repellent with up to 60% deet, sunscreen, and a whole bunch of other hard-to-find travel necessities.

Yaya Chemists are one of the most reliable and helpful chemists that I know. I have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years. I know that I can call Mrs Patel at any time day or night for advise. I have visited your chemist severally and always received exemplary service. However, today I had an experience with one of your employees Joshua that left a very sour taste in my mouth. I went in to ask some questions about having my baby girl's ears pierced. I was referred to Joshua. A simple question to him about how long he has been piercing babys' ears for (to give me some comfort level) turned into a verbal tirade from him where he rudely refused to answer me, demanded to know why I was asking that question, accused me of being offensive for asking the question and finally lamented that he doesn't care when I told him that I would escalate how he had treated me to management. I gave my feedback to the ladies at the counter who apologized profusely on behalf of the chemist. Joshua is a liability to your chemist and in as much as I have received good customer service from other employees, I will not recommend your chemist for ear piercing for babies. I can only imagine how many other customers he has been rude to resulting in lost business to you.
