The funeral programmes were badly done on a paper that was not agreed on inspite of my specifications. The format was jumbled up putting contents on the wrong pages. When I called the CEO, he arrogantly told me that he doesn't handle work matters outside office hours and that I should come the next morning. Nevermind that he knew the funeral service was at 10am in the morning the next day. He chased my sister and I out of his office and that he would send us the full deposit amount of Kshs 30,000.00 immediately. He did not give us a soft copy design of the programme and this was a 5pm in the evening with the funeral service being at 10am the next day. The next day he refunded half of my deposit and told me that the design work was Kshs 15,000.00 . He never offered any explanations to me on the confusion of the gramms of paper used or the actual printing.
