Awesome customer experience! All Covid19 protocols were observed that is wearing of face masks, social distancing and sanitize which was great. There was a bit of a queue but very organised and I was served in record time. My problem was also solved within a few minutes too. Would definitely recommend. Overall liked it

There was a queue outside to ensure social distancing as the room is small. The guards are welcoming and helpful. You will wait in line for 15 to 30 minutes before you are served by a customer care agent. Ensure that you have your National ID or passport.
They served me well.They are also observing Covid 19 regulations.

Nkt! I wonder how a national telecommunication company can not do a simple sim replacement,given all the details. Nowonder safaricom wako mbele. Airtel customer care is Worst.iv been there today. Word poor defines all this.nkt!
