Steve went above and beyond in installing a television for my mom. He was patient with my questions prior to scheduling service, and fantastic and thorough when performing the installation. He was able to schedule the job quickly, came on time. I received confirmation of the schedule and a text to say that he was on his way. I think the set-up was a bit more involved than anticipated, yet he took it all in stride and worked with the quirks of the desired TV location (in an older cabinet/armoir). And explained everything to my mom. He really knows his business and even took the initiative to research functionality questions I had with respect to a new Fire TV cube he helped install a few days after the job was completed. His top ratings and reputation are well deserved, and I am happy to contribute to them.
