Just like most of you, trade with them at your own risk. It's been 4 weeks, I still don't have my product and the accounts team won't call me about my refund. Luckily, I am in the legal field and I am going to sue including emotional distress. Stick with jumia please

SAM ALERT. Dont make orders from this fake online store. They dont even have an office location clearly stated on their website, or even on Google Maps. This is a scam.
It's okay though they have limited brands in their showroom, it seemed to me like they are more of a Mika oriented retailer. The sales lady kept saying how we can't get a certain type of this at this price, I hate that. Promote what you want the best way possible without discrediting another brand! That's professionalism...I do not think I would go back there again!
