I wasn't satisfied with the customer service. The delays were major, it was like I was begging them to sell me a plant. I loved that they were quick to deliver ( we used an Uber rider so let's just say the Uber rider did a great job.) The plant I ordered was not okay. Every leaf had a dent. I bought a new pot from them but they sent the plant with an old pot. Overall experience was below average. But they are fairly cheaper. Would I recommend them? Yes, but like a 2nd or 3rd option.
