Wonderful place it's makes you be calm

We stumbled on this place after my family of 7 initial accommodation didn’t turn out to be what we expected. Stanley shows is unit B101. 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment. It was decently clean. We are told there was A/C, WiFi, and towels, however had to ask for toilet paper as none of the bathrooms had any. The house did not come with dish soap, salt/pepper, paper towels. We bought these items ourselves. The master bedroom light switch didn’t work and the bright light was on all day and night. The A/C in the same room did not work. The bathroom light also wouldn’t turn on. The hot water Stanley said the apartment has was more of a luke-cold temperature. We left for the evening and came back to a kitchen FULL of ants. There were also some in the bathrooms. We had to buy our own insect repellent to manage. I understand it’s a beach house so there will be some insects here and there but they could have had it under better control. After the first night, which was a Friday, I raised our concerns to Stanley and he was very responsive and sent someone right away however nothing was fixed. After that Stanley stopped answering calls and returning texts for the rest of the weekend. Monday morning we were awoken to maintenance personnel there to fix our A/C and WiFi. No prior warning or anything. The A/C worked much better for our last night there. But the WiFi never was fixed. Had the above things been fixed it’s a nice place to stay. There’s a nice pool. There is a daily housekeeper who comes and also does your laundry which was a nice touch! So, I advice that you check that all things are functioning before signing any paperwork, And book through a booking app instead of in person because now we won’t ever hear from this Stanley character nor get any type of refund for the inconvenience.
I was privileged to be here for a long time and it's home,it's simply home.it's quiet,private,serene,clean,basically how home is..the pool is private but if you need a crowd,kahamas is next door with other nice places nearby..it's the right place to have a holiday or weekend out nicely and I will be back soon
