Beautiful studio and set up. Did a photoshoot with a new photographer which did not wow us as we had expected. Can't really blame the photographer as we felt he was thrown in headfirst and didn't really have experience directing a photoshoot.

Up until this month of May 2018, my husband and I have been happy with the customer service at Chapa Copy at the Hub in Karen. However, there has been a changeover in personnel, and the current service (especially today--May 18, 2018) has been marked by incompetence and a general attitude of unwillingness to work with us as clients. We hope we won't have to look elsewhere for copy services since we live close by and have found your location convenient and up till now, very satisfactory.
