We run a motor vehicle garage in kericho by the name of Jeet motors kericho. In Febuary 2020 we were supplied with automotive primer which we were told is a substitute of the product we used for several years. After using the product we faced several reactions on the paint jobs we did. This reactions costed us heavily. We raised a complaint with the crown team a team visited our workshop who admited the liability and said they will work a way to resolve our issue and cover us for our losses.it is over six months the issue hasnt been resolved. I would just like to inform the Kenyan public that crown paints is only interested in making profits but not proving after sales service and not concered on quality of their products.we dont recommend tbere products at all.

Below the level of service expected from such a "market leader". Took 2 hours to receive a small quantity of paint, and even then I did not get my full order. After 2 hours I was told that the base for one paint was not available! No courtesy updates while waiting, you have to chase individuals to find out the status. Terrible experience from such a big company.
