crown company NEVER again!!! relocation from germany to mombasa kenya company don't give any important information about real relocation costs !! they are cheating only!!! since begin was agreed shipping with packing after it you have to pack everything alone and shiping us not controled in real it is not inspected! they are charging 18500 for packing ready boxes and other ready packed fornitures from neuss near dusseldorf to port brehmen !!!! first they was saing everything is incuded in that price !! they was not able send full staff people for packing during 3 days !! that staff was able moving and was only complaining !! after it they gave us extra payment for that workers staff 3400 because od longer packing time and more boxes we ordered container 40 cmt which was even not full!! its not all they don't give you any information about others charges in kenya mombasa in mombasa you have to pay more then 65% more on declarete goods vat/duty other charges crown is giving you free mitchell cotts company in mombasa no competent no movment they are charging you first to pay all charges krn ke tax duty ect. and after it they are only swowling process after inspection conteiner is finished they are trying only holding your container so long as possible so they want to get only get money from determinatevdnd demurrage manager has no experience in being helpfully and he don't want to give you any contact of your agency in port !! very not useful and expensive relocation company !! no experience!! experience only how to cheat you and made you a lot of stress and pulling money without the end from you! if possible take other company
