I was moved by the Mombasa tean from and to another just within 3km apart and the cost was so high for such a short distance. The sales rep insisted on advanced payment which i obliged because i was in a such a hurry and needed to move. Little did i know it was a protection against the very poor service delivery. The overall service was way below what i was expecting for my money and from a company of such reputation. Pactuality, keens to detail, care for items, smartness, sense of urgency. Everything was wrong. I dont think i will use them again nor recommend any of family/friends. Mohammed Mohsin.
