we visited the camp with two small children and really had a great day. The food is very delicious and we appreciated all the hospitality, they showed us around and answered all our questions about the environment. The direction : when coming from nairobi, do not turn right to go into gilgil town centre and continue until you see Riva petrol station on your right. Slowdown and look for a left turn along the abandoned railway to go down on a dusty rough road to join the lower road. As you come down, continue driving straight ahead. You will pass buildings like Five in one slaughterhouse and shalom house on your right. Just keep going, do not turn left or right. After about 30- 40mins, you will reach a Y junction with right road going down and left one is climbing up. On your left you see a big hill that is shaped like a shark fin. Take the left road and keep climbing, going around the shark fin shaped hill to your left. You see a sign for the camp after about 10mins and now just keep following the signs and climb your way up to the camp I would definitely visit again this time to stay a few nights on the cottage with the most awesome view in kenya !
