I have not found a perfect word for a very nice place with totally different management and customer service... if customer service is not your priority then you have a super destination for you in this place .... There is Great food ... accompanied by some serene environment... affordable pricing and a whole plus for the location of this great place .... also the coffee offered here is great...however brace yourself with some patience ... because you may have to wait for some long time before your order arrives like I did and remember to trim your ego incase you cross the pathes of the tired and somehow unmotivated waiters (for whatever reason) by asking why your order took so long or why their quality of service is below par ....... Nevertheless if you want one of the nicest coffees around here... find this place and enjoy your cup of coffee
