Long wait time for a waiter and he kept disappearing for long periods. Not to mention the tomato sauce has been added water. At such a place we didn't expect that. We didn't feel well taken care of.

Five star experience. I loved the grooming of this place. Services are excellent. Staff are so friendly. Generally, it is a good place for individuals, couples and the family. This is one place I can visit a thousand and one times. Highly recommended.

Environment is quite serene. However, the staff and room service is not the best. Showers were only dripping some water making it difficult to actually have a hot evening shower.

Beautifully landscaped, but everything else was subpar. They put us in a room closest to a church that screams all night (we had a toddler with us). Service was super slow. Sat for dinner a bit after 7p, served at 9p. Toilet seat doesn’t close, water in shower didn’t drain, phone and TV did not work! I can go on. But, some nice folk in the facility and it is indeed beautiful. I had literally zero sleep!
