If you're expecting Westlands standards, the workshop manager here will disappoint big time. He has a bit of an attitude problem and fails where it matters - the car doesn't get fixed to Toyota standards. I had to redo a job in Nairobi costing me unnecessary financial resources and the difference in quality between Nairobi and Eldoret was honestly equivalent to Excellent vs. Incompetent.
