Registered and licensed to practice valuation in Kenya by the Valuers Registration Board (VRB). We value assets for sale, purchase, loan/ mortgage, insurance, accounting and book purposes, financial reporting, court bond purposes etc. We undertake valuations in accordance with local and international valuation standards such as the Kenya Valuation Standards(KVS), International Valuation Standards(IVS) and RICS Global Standards. Also in accordance with International Accounting Standards(IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS ) when carrying out assets valuation for financial reporting and accounting purposes . Our plant, machinery and motor vehicle valuer has certificate of proficiency from the Kenya College of Insurance.
