I found Fingerprint Capital to be value for money and quite responsive to arising issues (special thanks to Brian). Their costs breakdown rarely exceed the estimates by much. However, more work is needed in terms of communication of timelines, delays and subsequent costs. This will go a long way in avoiding miscommunication and needless back and forth. Other than that, I'd highly recommend them.
I got the best plan for my 4bedroom house which is currently on county approval stage.
