Went here to look at an apartment with my family and Grace did not greet us with a hello but a "Let's Go." instead. While we were waiting in the lobby we over heard a tenant complain about his wifi being out again. The units were ok but nothing spectacular. Customer Service was Poor.

Heri Heights is a unique place in a class of its own either for accommodation, higher calibre meetings and consultations and luncheons, this is the place. It gives you a heavenly serene environment with beautiful green gardens, trees and flowers that give real touch with nature.
The views, services and hospitality are all wonderful, together with the surroundings and ambience. For a modern-style apartment, it is surely a place to live but be sure to have a supportive wallet else you find yourself with embarrassing bills that you "knew not". Management reserves the right of admission so look presentable in such affluence, though minor.
Very loud music /noise/preaching from 4 p.m. on Friday through to 3 a.m. Saturday morning. Staff were professional and food in restaurant good. Undergoing renovation in November 2019
This place is so incredibly welcoming and warm. The rooms are huge, greatly priced, and the amenities are nice. There is a pool, huge backyard, workout facility, lovely restaurant, conference room, and security. I felt safe, at home, and cared for by the staff. It is also very clean. The apartments are located in an affluent part of town, just outside of the city. It’s a 5 min walk to the arboretum and 30 min walk to the business district. Uber is quick access. I stayed here for over 20 nights and really felt at home. Thank you, Catherine, Katrine, Priscilla, Faith, Stanley, and Robert! Only thing I would recommend to the hotel: Perhaps including water dispensers around the hotel. It was really inconvenient to go to the grocery store every time.
Oooooh! What an amazing place. The architecture was done in a super way. The apartments are so beautiful on the inside. The lighting was well thought of. The interior space, furniture, kitchen, bedrooms and the balcony are big enough to make you happy with the place.
Great place to hold family /freinds gatherings. There is a baby pool and adult pool. Some slides see saw, swings and monkey bars . Not congested.
