IDEAL Public Health & Development Consultancy (IPHDC) is an international firm specializing in the field of public health, emergency preparedness and development as a whole through building local capacities, skills and competencies for the critical analysis of public health, emergency and developmental issues and subsequently, design interventions, mobilize resources and manage integrated and sustainable development programs. Given the challenges involved in public health and development as a whole, there is need to build the capacity of implementing agencies in appropriate service delivery skills. Therefore, IPHDC seeks to work with development and humanitarian partners (government and non-governmental organizations) to effectively meet the expectations of their multiple stakeholders. Since its inception in June 2011, the lead consultants in the firm have provided unmatched consultancy services to several INGOs among them being Care International, Goal Ireland, Save the Children Alliance, Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA), HIJRA, Solidarity Islamic France and Islamic Relief. The consultants have conducted several assignments in the following countries: Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, Ethiopia and Somaliland.
