The website shows open, were as they are closed. No response to any mails. Yes, it was a great gym, till they were operational. But since lock down, they have not responded to any mail of mine. When other gyms in Town have started operating, then why not Ignite. They have taken 1yr subscription in advance from all members, they have an moral responsibility to let the members know of their status. Highly disappointed by their approach. Very very unprofessional.

Very very expensive and the staff are not interested in signing new clients
Most expensive gym in the city and they can't communicate with their paying members at all about reopening. No replies to email, facebook, instagram and phone numbers are dead. Even deleted posts on their social media where members were commenting righty frustrated with and no response. They now continue to post with comments disabled. Had this problem as well before the lockdown, let down by very bad management. Think twice about entering into a contract with these people.
their customer service SUCKS. The lady that took us on a tour of the gym was totally disinterested. I actually felt profiled and stereotyped. In the middle of the tour she seemed to get impatient and just left us hanging there in the middle of the gym floor. Her colleague came to complete the tour with us and was just as lackadaisical. I will definitely not be joining this gym due to the poor first impression and lack of good customer experience.
Having travelled worldwide this gym is definitely world class and offers a lot. Abundance in equipment with no waiting time whatsoever
The gym is overall quite modern, with decent and diverse equipment and a selection of classes that's more varied than the average Nairobi gym. However, there membership options are super rigid, with only 12 month memberships (with various pricing options depending on how many months you pay for in one go). There are fun lessons, but they are not well explained online. The nice thing they are offered throughout the day, but as is common with gyms here, there's not much going on at the weekends. Also, customer service is tricky - the phone numbers on the website don't work, they don't answer emails or post the schedules online very promptly.
Attempting to be a luxury product with low trash service. The customer service at this gym is horrible. I joined this gym and paid for 6 months. I was very clear that I needed to suspend my membership while I traveled for 6 weeks prior to signing up and the sales person Charlotte said it was okay and even said she checked with the manager. She had lied. Today I was late for my Christmas party because they are refusing to suspend the membership as promised.
No steam room, no sauna, no towels. Their classes are great and their facility is very well equipped. The trainers are friendly. For this part of Nairobi, probably the better option.
