The shuttle itself is a good value for the money. The road from Nairobi to Arusha is decent and the bus itself is reasonably clean, but keep in mind there are no bathrooms, the bus stops at 2 customs and border areas and then a break, but you could be driving for four hours without a stop after that. The shuttle will send a driver to pick you up if your hotel is close if you confirm, but even though they say they will drop you off at your hotel, that only take you to the bus station where taxis will offer to take you to your hotel, we thought this was included only to find that the taxi driver demanded 30 for a ten minute ride, and then didn't know where our hotel was and told us we were staying at a different hotel, only after us directing him turn by turn did he get us there. The same thing happened in Nairobi but luckily the taxi driver was very nice, just keep this in mind (and get Tanzanian or Kenyan shillings before for the taxi).
