Ruma is probably my favourite park in Kenya. It's small and gets a lot less traffic than the rest of the parks. What I like about it is how easy it is to camp and drive around the park. There's a few places where you can drive and set up camp if you bring all your own supplies and you can drive around the park in your own car. The park rangers are also helpful in helping you find animals. Both times I've gone I've seen a rhino up close and there's also giraffes and other animals.

It is a massive park with a variety of animals. Plan to go either as early as 6Am or from 3Pm to see animals. By 6Pm all vehicles should be out of the park. The guides are really helpful. If you plan to take a trip there, get one. The only problem is that as of Jan 2020, you have to go with your own vehicle. The park will not provide one. The roads in the park are generally okay but an off road vehicle would definitely be better for this trip. Don't forget your binoculars
Ruma National park Is also one of the best place in wildlife of kenya..Inside the ruma we can see many animals and many valuable plants ,like Giraffe,hyna,zebra,Bush,etc...and I don't when it established ,but it's needs more and more improvement's ..rest of all ok,, and really we love it and we r always ready to save it..️
