The worst water company in the country and probably in the world. Kirinyaga County is blessed with rivers and an impressively high water table but they ration water as if they get their water from Iceland. Then they randomly inflate bills 3 times over for no reason even when you use your water at the same rate. The government seriously needs to probe that water company.

Bastion of corruption! Cannot meet its own mission statement, to connect new applicants within two weeks. Instead, the applicant's phone is flooded with numerous offers of quick connection from officers ranging from the area meter reader to the finance officers in the Kerugoya headquarters. Deplorable!
