A nice urban centre developing really fast and steadily especially from Kirinyaga University vicinity to the County governments offices. The vicinity around is developing day by day and it's gonna be a bigger urban city in the recent future.

This town is fast growing due to the presence of KIRINYAGA UNIVERSITY in the proximity. It is also the home to KIRINYAGA COUNTY GOVERNMENT offices. However, the infrastructure there is not up to standards. The town lacks a major hotel for travellers. It also lacks a park and a central business district.
A cool medium size town. A very productive town I terms of Agriculture
While at kutus I only enjoy the soft sugarcanes and kuku kibira.
