Its a very good estate. Its managed by the national housing cooperation. There are a total of 100 houses. The houses are for sale. It consists of 3 and 2 bedroom houses. Theres a parking space for every house. There is a 24/7 supply of water. Theres also a borehole and an over head tank. They are disadvantages though. Theres no back up generator, but the kenya power response team comes in time when there is a power outage. But i would recommend it. Its nice
