I brought my guest here and the reception was very unprofessional. They demanded payment first before the preacher could be allowed to go for crusade. This morning I learnt that breakfast is said separately! Quite disgusting. He was supposed to spend 5 nights here but, sorry, I have checked him out. The management needs to get professionals to run this facility.

Cleanliness people!! I dislike seeing undusted surfaces and floors being used for service. The food is nice, consider using air conditioning as we all know how hot Kitui can get. Cheers.
