I bought a cordless drill Wanted to buy bosch but they convinced me to buy Gtl.They told me not to worry they were its dealer. After a while The battery died. When I took it there for replacement even i told them am willing to pay for a new one,they said they don't have it and can't order for me from the manufacturer. Very disappointed customer.
