Machakos People's Park, The place to be. Indeed a cool, fun, beautiful and relaxing scenic place with amazing landscaping done. They also offer well prepared and delicious meals. The Park has great ambiance for your party with friends and a great place to take children out for outdoor activities. Thus convenient for couples, children, friends, and family. It has a wide range of activities both for kids and adults ( including zip lining sailing, maze, merry go round, amphitheater with live music, skating etc.).

Very well Managed facility. Beautifully Manicured and with eateries to take care of the visitors. Great place to take your Kids. For the Grownups, the Zip line and Boat rides comes in Handy.

Very calm place. I totally enjoyed the meal, breeze, customer service, environment, everything. No entry fees. All services are affordable and staff are friendly.

It is a neat place and I had wanted to see it for myself following the rave reviews. The trees, grass and paved walkways are unlike Machakos and its "dry" tag. There is even a man made pond/dam/water feature though, it is slowly drying up. There is a Zipline for those who want the thrill, a bouncing castle for the young kids as well as a maze for older kids. A restaurant and a bar are also included herein. Overall it was a good idea though, its location from the town could be a hindrance to some.

Very beautiful place. Most of the park is well maintained and there are various activities reasonably priced. I liked it.
