It's an amazing, interesting and so quite for visiting and a great point to enjoy what nature has offered us. A drinking point for the wild life within the park and more so the buffaloes. Will be able to see a Buffalo skull near the fall.

Good camping site. Don't use Google Maps, it gives you a direction that's no longer in use or can't get you to the site. Instead ask for directions at the gate... especially if you are going for camping. The old map gate can get you the falls but the bridge accessing the campsite was washed away 2 years ago. That means you have to drive back like 5 km to use the new gate.
Nice falls. Road to get there had some rough patches.
Keep your eyes on the road signs and do NOT rely on direction from google maps. It's also easier if you use the nderit gate. Arrived after dusk and lost but got help from kwa wardens. Good camp site, roads are accessible, water is provided and there are toilets and bathrooms at the site.
Makalia campsite is amazing. Clean washrooms, nice benches and a generator which gives light till 9pm. Make sure to find a spot under the tree shade to avoid the hot morning sun. Caretaker on site can fetch firewood at a small fee. Well maintained serviced campsite in Lake Nakuru National Park.
Sometimes is crowded !
The only public Campsite in lake nakuru. It's well maintained by on-site caretaker. Suitable for overlanders and large vehicles. Several washrooms and running water in the camp area. Be ware of regular visits from baboons, jackals and Buffaloes.
Great view of the falls, awesome campsite and security provided
