Open everyday for visitors between 6:00am - 18:00pm, Google times above relate to the office, not the park. Entry for non-resident around 700 khs, can only be paid with m-pesa. You will need to hire a guide for the walk because of the elephant risk. It takes 3-4 hours and is well worth it. Guide fee around 1,800, paid in cash. We had Jonathan, he was very knowledgeable and a fantastic guide, he was very good at spotting the animals, highly recommended. We were lucky to see at least 2 elephant shrews during our walk and the tiny antelope!

It features one of the largest stretches of indigenous coastal dry forest in East Africa. The stretch is about 400 square kilometres. It is a notable place for bird watching activities, game drives, guided walking safari, cycling, camping and nature trails.
