Very disappointed with the way they handled my purchase; messy, unprofessional, incompetence and poor customer service. There's a huge disorganization between the sales team in Japan and Kenya with lack of communication and team work. Customer is being pushed to pay every now and then to the last second and after payment you get told that there was a miscommunication and mistake. The sales person even had the audacity to laugh when i was complaining. A vehicle sold to two different customers? Like how? I even have an invoice! Which professional sales team does that? They gave me a second choice of vehicles to chose then after an hour i get called and told they're sorry that the second option is reserved and wait for the person to pay. Like what the heck! Where is the priority here? A person who already paid and another who has reserved but no commitment in form of payment. They had to wait four days for the other party to pay even though i already paid and was messed up. They couldn't provide any solution and i had to ask for a refund which am yet to receive. Prospective buyers exercise caution when dealing with them. It was my first purchase and last.

The place is located next to G4S Security group in a calm environment with minimal noise hence specious facilities. The place is a center of its own attached by education,electronics,saloon and barbershop, boutique and many other. Well developed road structure with minimal traffic.
