The experience is just like any other KFC; queue up, order and wait for your food if there's a backlog. Unfortunately they close at 8.30PM and I hope it's just because of the restrictions due to Covid19. The food was perfect and the service was great. I was really disappointed by the washrooms. They are not a place you want to visit unless you have an emergency. The seating space is limited so be prepared to wait or have a take out.
Now I cannot guarantee this but in 1974 I was a 3 class Machinist Mate on a destroyer. We were on an Indian Ocean cruise. One of our Port of calls was Mombasa Kenya. When I had liberty and was told that there was a KFC { at that time it was Kentucky Fried Chicken as they had not shortened the name yet.]there I did not believe my shipmates. No matter I jumped in a taxi told the driver to go to the chicken place and he drove there. My recollection was the bucket was still turning around. Maybe around 2 1/2 miles from where our ship was docked. Whether it is the same KFC or not I do not know. but chicken was good fact is the whole meal was good. That was around 47 years ago. I was glad to share.
Okay let's just say it's more hype than taste. The chicken not all that. Chips bland and has a vinegar taste. So between KFC and Chicken Inn. I will definitely go with Chicken inn.
