Well, this hotel has an old touch. It is located within the city centre. I felt like the reception area can be seriously improvement on. It is very disorganized and untidy. The rooms are old and need some renovations. The architecture is very unique and once the hotel has been renovated it can really be a pleasant place. The is a very beautiful place above the first floor. The views around are equally lovely. I never saw a security person at the entrance though. Not wheelchair accessible as you go towards the upper floors. #Letsguide

Nice, very conveniently located rooms, surrounding a well kept square raised 6 meters above street level. Surprisingly little noise. The room had a fridge, but we were missing other kitchen facilities such as a gas burner or at least cutlery and plates. We also missed a table and chairs. The room was for 6 people, but had only one chair. There is however plenty of sheltered seating outdoors.

If one is not fussy about quality and really needs a place to sleep on a low budget than this is the place for you.they have hot showers towels and soap in the rooms. Towels and soap not of a good quality tho.this is a totally low budget place.the breakfast area is down up well but quality of furniture cutlery and menu is questionable.lighting in the rooms is bad. The doors to the rooms are decaying. The the name "new ", there is nothing new here. It's an old building gotten a decent paint job on the outside. The rooms located near the main road are not sound proof so cars passing during the night will bother you. You can't get a sound sleep. The A/C makes noise. So this place is recommended to those who are desperately low on cash and a very tight budget.
Charming old hotel with fantastic service. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and with working A/C. What really sets this hotel apart is the service. They absolutely saved my skin when I left my phone in a taxi, organising its return without a second thought. Would definitely stay again. Good proximity to old town and restaurants too.
