The place is clean, the reception is satisfactory but not warm. You can wait for so long before anyone attends to you. The price of tea is fair but its hard for one to get access to the high quality. Most of their truck drivers are rude and they walk with their heads above the clouds. The directors don't really address the farmer's issues. Something should be done to rectify some of these issues.

It is among the top 5 tea producers in Kenya in terms of quality. Fully owned by Gacharage tea farmers but managed by KTDA. It has a trust fund which is used to improve infrastructure like roads and water in it's coverage area.
