The staff is friendly and welcoming. The visa officer is also friendly which is something uncommon. The services are fast. Visa processing time is 1 week with all documents required.

After applying for a visa in March, given an appointment a week to traveling just to be asked to pick the visa on the traveling date, stuck on a queue for an hour to almost check-in time and yet the airport is on the other side of town, it is the most horrible experience one can go through. The attitude of some of the staff not helping. Sadly nothing can be done about that so... just be prepared for a bad experience.

Hello, I applied a tourist visa for France but unfortunate I was denied with baseless reasons. I complied every thing with all verifiable documents log books, CR12 ,Title deeds and etc. I don’t know why?

We got our visa sorted in a few days which was perfect. The security guard who opens the door (dark skinned lady with braids ) was lovely. The visa officer was a bit harsh but fair overall as he was just doing his job. The issue we had was there is no place to sit while waiting for passports outside. You sit outside on concrete. Overall: great experience just make sure you have all your documents in place. No documents, no visa.
