المعلومات الموجودة عنه في بوكينج كلها كذب و هم ياخذون المال فور الوصول لكي لا تستطيع ارجاع المبلغ كاملا عند اكتشاف الخدعة و المكان هادئ و امن لكن لا يستحق سعره The facility features in booking about it is lie only and they took the money from you once you reach so that when you find the lie you can not change your mind when I came they ask for the money (390 USD for 15 days ) directly when I wanted to assure about the features it was 90% cheating so after 3 nights I requested for my money back to find another hotel so they only offered around 30% or 40% of the amount only after 3 nights of the 15 !!! so you faced this issue after I find your cheatings asking for my money after being cheated is a "right" not a "problem" and what a shame that after all this instead of correcting your cheating in the advertisements you keep lying and publishing wrong stories and being unjust with the customers just say the truth even if your apartments are poor you will find customers instead of making stories lying in it about the customers that will make you lose more customers

I stayed at Ann Airport Home and Tour with my family for 3 days. The service is excellent. Betty has been there for us for all our requests from arranging a taxi to bringing food, to best places to visit in Nairobi... Great experience with wonderful people. A home away from home indeed.
