Same Experience as Debby Archy, These guys sold me a broken item after one week of use it's started blinking and shuts down, upon returning it they say they will send to hp centre for fixing, 2 weeks later they send me back another product thinking I won't notice and I had to send it back.( They called it a mix up). Mind you all this back and forth I use my money for the rider (it's covid season remember - 2k gone) even after asking them to give me another equivalent item for the same they didn't accept. So I waited again almost 2 months and they decide they will send me a different product but with same specs as the last one, I didn't care anymore because I just wanted any item since they won't do a refund, well I'm not happy about the product but it serves the purpose maybe I'll sell it and get my money back and buy the right product. Buy at your own risk.

Buyer Beware!! I only gave this a one star because there is no option for a zero. This shop sells counterfeit goods packaged very well to decieve buyers. I bought a Hp laptop,new,out of the box. A day later,I try to use it and alas,the laptop won't charge. I go back to the shop,and get the battery replaced. I head back home with it and try to use it again; this time,I realize some keys are unresponsive.I return it to the shop again.This time,it has be taken to 'Hp' for check up. A week later, I go back to check my laptop but alas! it's supposedly already been sold to another buyer.So they try to replace it with another smaller size,less powerful laptop;they claim my preferred one is out of stock.I however insist on the one I chose. I am asked to wait another week for new stock. I still hope I can get my money's worth;so I wait. This time,I am given a 'new' laptop for replacement. As I write this,I have used this 'new' laptop for barely a month and now the hard disk is crashing..the only thing I can deduce from this is that the shop sells poor quality refurbished items,put in new casing...and sold as new. Don't visit this shop;unless you want to waste your money.very very bad quality products!! Sold as HP,but definitely not HP. Beware!
