This place in a way a monopoly. Few places offer this service and thus they take advantage of that. Taking on several orders with promises they cannot keep. Their work is never to initial discussion and corrections have to be done severally. They best would be if needed start early very early and have your own timeline or they can seriously make you cry and be forced to accept mediocrity.
