Their products selection looks good but horrible customer service! it's like they feel they are doing you a favour by selling to you and get frustrated if you change your mind to a different product. My feedback is if you want quick decisions sell cheaper items, you can't sell premium items and expect a customer to not take time to decide and pick the right option. Not a great experience.

1. Poor customer service and staff (especially the female staff) who get annoyed and respond rudely to your inquiries. 2. They lie about the availability of their furniture and promise availability in 1 or 2 weeks. I paid for furniture and 2 months on and I'm still waiting for it to arrive, after being told it would take 2 week max. If what you want isn't available immediately, take your money elsewhere, these guys can't be trusted to be honest and reliable.

Please save yourself some time and energy and find a real furniture store that has some customer service investment. Firstly, they never answer the phone and if they do their staff has not been trained on how to answer a business call. The last time they sent a tweet was in 2017 so good luck trying to speak to someone there. It took about three days after inquiry and no one has called be back yet. This is a case of just pathetic customer service! Taking my money elsewhere where I am appreciated.
